TO MY JOURNEY ON HIGH PROTEIN LOW CARBOHYDRATE

This is my experience and the things that I know having tried the High

Protein, Low Carbohydrate Weight Loss System.  So far, my success is good.  I am losing very slowly, but there are a couple of reasons for that.  

1.  I don't stick with the program the way I should.  (I'm WAY to human and backslide often)  

2.  I don't exercise an awful lot. (I always said my idea of exercise was the 20 feet from the house to the car.  It is something I continue to force myself to occasionally do.)  

 I do, however, find it a very easy program to stick to, when I am in the mode, and also a very easy program to get back on.

 

Please note, I am not advertising the Atkins Weight Loss System, Sommer Sizing,  or any other specific program.  I am using information from their web sites and published books in order to give you the most accurate information possible.  But please remember.............this is strictly MY journey and how it worked for me.
